This is one of the most summery books I’ve ever read and it tells the story of Crystal who just moved to Starfish Island. When she almost drowns, she was saved by a merman named Llyr. As they get to know each other, a threat looms in the form of environmental destroying power plant. Crystal has to fight against the power plant to save the island, the ocean and of course, the merfolk.
