Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age

Square Enix is back again with this next instalment in their long running Dragon Quest franchise. Following its hit release in Japan, Dragon Quest XI is headed to foreign shores this month! Featuring an entirely new cast and set in a breathtaking new world, play as a hunted hero and save your world. Boasting the tried and tested turn-based combat of previous games while immersing the player in an all new story, Dragon Quest XI will satisfy players both new and old. Dragon Quest XI: Echoes of an Elusive Age releases exclusively on PS4 on September 4th 2018.

Spider-Man

It’s been 8 years since Peter Parker first donned the Spider suit, now a grown man dealing with his own issues while trying to save the world. Play as Parker in a brand new adventure based in Marvel’s version of New York City. A completely separate story from any game or movie you have seen before, join familiar characters taking on new roles as Peter attempts to navigate his personal life while maintaining his secret identity. Can you save New York City? Releasing exclusively on PS4 on Friday 7th of September

NBA 2k19

2K gaming returns in 2018 with their yearly basketball franchise NBA2K. Play as your favourite players with updated team rosters, online multiplayer and freshly revamped graphics. The pinnacle of NBA gaming, NBA2K19 releases September 10th for PS4, Xbox One and Switch. Special and Collector’s editions may release earlier dependant on retailer.

Boundless

Developed and published by Wonderstruck Games, Boundless is a new entry into the Massively Multiplayer Online Sandbox genre releasing this month. Play in either first or third person view as you control a cat-shaped avatar, battling over planets and resources to grow your world through the discovery of alien technologies. Previously released on Microsoft platforms in 2014, the game is undergoing a full-scale release on Xbox One, PC and PS4 on September 11, Boundless boasts cross-play across all available platforms.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider

Lara Croft is back in Shadow of the Tomb Raider. Continuing the story of her gradual metamorphosis into the Tomb Raider we all know and love, Lara must face terrifying tombs, traverse thick jungles and discover a hidden city. Facing her darkest days, can Lara save the world from the prophesied Mayan Apocalypse? Releasing on Xbox, PS4 and PC on September 14th. Special and Collector’s editions may release earlier dependant on retailer.

Valkyria Chronicles 4

The cult classic Valkyria Chronicles returns this September with the fourth major release of the series. Occurring in the same time as the original game in the series, Valkyria Chronicles 4 focuses upon Squad E and their battle against the Federation. Take control of a brand new crew of mercenaries, playing through their stories of friendship and life on the battlefield.

Boasting a next generation ‘BLITZ’ Battle System, while still staying true to its history, Valkyria Chronicles 4 releases on Xbox One, PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch on September 25th.

Life Is Strange 2

From Don’t Nod Entertainment and Square Enix comes Life Is Strange 2, a brand new episodic adventure completely separate from the international sensation, Life is Strange. Follow young brothers Daniel and Sean Diaz as they run across the country following a devastating event in their home city of Seattle. Heading to Mexico to escape the fallout, they attempt to conceal a mysterious power that may be their end. Featuring decision based, episodic game play, every move you make will affect the outcome of these scared brothers adventure. LIS 2 releases exclusively on PC on September 27th 2018.

FIFA 19

EA returns with the next yearly instalment of their ever popular football franchise, FIFA 19. With newly overhauled graphics, it boasts multiple single-player game modes including Kick Off, Career Mode and Champions League Mode. As always FIFA Ultimate Team, EA’s live content updates, will be included allowing you to always keep your game updated with all the latest player rosters from everyone’s favourite team. It releases on Switch, Xbox One and PS4 on September 28th. Early release may be available dependant on editions available and individual retailers.
