Today STARZ announced the premiere date for The White Princess and released a full-length trailer for the TV show.
The show is the sequel to BBC’s 2013 The White Queen, with both television series based on Philippa Gregory’s historical novels from The Cousins’ War series.
The White Princess is set three days after the end of the previous season and sees a new generation ascend the throne in 15th century England.
The series premieres April 16th at 8pm on STARZ.
Starring Jodie Comer (My Mad Fat Diary), Jacob Collins-Levy and Michelle Fairley (Game of Thrones).
