The first trailer for Marvel’s next highly anticipated film, Avengers: Infinity War, has been released and it’s jam-packed with superheroes and action.
A brief teaser trailer yesterday announced the upcoming premiere of the trailer. Meanwhile, Tom Holland “accidentally” revealed the first poster during an unboxing which was sent to him by Mark Ruffalo—after Ruffalo’s gaffe during the Australian premiere of Thor: Ragnarok where he left his Instagram livestream running.
Also, four months ago, Marvel showed fans at the D23 Expo and San Diego Comic-Con the first footage from the film, but didn’t release the footage online. It drove people crazy, but now, finally, we have this trailer.
Infinity War will see the Avengers and their allies continuing to protect the world from threats too large for any one hero to handle with a new danger has emerged from the cosmic shadows: Thanos. A despot of intergalactic infamy, his goal is to collect all six Infinity Stones, artifacts of unimaginable power, and use them to inflict his twisted will on all of reality. Everything the Avengers have fought for has led up to this moment—the fate of Earth and existence itself has never been more uncertain.
In the first trailer, the advanced, secretive nation of Wakanda led by Black Panther, emerges from isolation to save the world, a place they have always seen as a threat. We also see Thanos come to earth, along with many dramatic moments and glimpses of our superheroes facing battle with some losing.

The new film will be released on May 4th 2018.
